Are you wondering how to complete a hiring process most positively? You work to get to this point, and then want to negotiate most effectively. We will briefly review the steps in the search for a good job and concentrate on the final phases: how to interview well with senior management, how to follow through, and then once the offer is made, how to seal the best deal for you. Cori Ashworth, M.Ed., C.A.G.S., C.M.C., Bryn Mawr Alumnae Career Program Manager, will facilitate the discussion. There is no charge for this event, and refreshments will be served.

WHERE: The Offices of Channel 13
WNET’s offices are on the 14th floor of the Worldwide Plaza Building at 825 Eighth Avenue, between 49th and 50th Streets. Do not enter the building in the 8th Avenue entrance. Instead, enter via the west side of the building. You can get to the west entrance by starting at the corner of 8th Avenue and 50th Street, walking west on 50th Street, (toward 9th Avenue), and making a left when you see a big courtyard on your left. (If you get to New World Stages Theater, you have gone too far.) When you enter the courtyard, the entrance to the Worldwide Plaza building will be on your left (across the courtyard from Bally’s Sports Club). Enter the building and tell security you are here going to WNET on the 14th floor. Go to the elevator bank and select “14” as your floor and then you will be directed to an elevator which will take you to the 14th floor. When you get there, tell security you are there for the Bryn Mawr College event.
