Join Lucille Blair ‘76 as we visit a selection of galleries starting with the Robert Miller Gallery where F.S.A. photography and Contemporary Social Realism is on view, then move on to a small non-profit space at 526 West 26th – a building home to a number of small, independent galleries. We will visit several other galleries including Matthew Marks and Andrea Rosen before joining the High Line at 23rd Street where Lucille will discuss the out-of-use elevated rail tracks’ history and current design. The tour will end at the old National Biscuit Company – once a bakery complex where ovens baked everything from Saltines to Oreos – now home to the Chelsea Market on 15th Street.
